Valero Rescue Relay

Most people don’t get the warm fuzzies about an oil company. We tried to change that by aligning Valero with a nationwide network of rescue relays who shepherd at-risk dogs from kill shelters to their forever homes. It was a natural fit for the brand, and we partnered with animal-loving influencers and content hubs like The Dodo to make sure the work hit our target. Ultimately, the campaign resulted in 32M video views with huge lifts in aided awareness, purchase intent and general likeability. And we saved a few dogs while we were at it.
